Job summary

BTP Australia is seeking a Technical Delivery Lead to own the architecture and delivery of AI-enabled finance automation across RPA, document processing, and workflow. You will lead a distributed development team, set engineering standards, and guide complex implementations with direct impact on customers and finance teams.

You'll drive technical decisions, ensure secure, scalable solutions, and shape the platform's evolution while collaborating with stakeholders and presales.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading technical delivery of enterprise automation solutions.
• Hands-on with RPA and intelligent document processing.
• Strong design across integrations, APIs, data and security.
• Experience guiding onshore/offshore resources and incidents.

Responsibilities

• Own architecture and design of enterprise automation solutions across RPA, document intelligence, workflow and APIs.
• Turn functional requirements into technical designs and delivery plans.
• Lead delivery across multiple customer engagements and manage blockers.
• Set design, code review, testing, CI/CD standards.
• Ensure releases are secure, recoverable and production-ready.
• Lead production incident triage and recovery.
• Mentor developers and enforce technical standards.
• Shape reference architecture and AI roadmap for the platform.
• Support presales with technical options and estimates.
