Qualifications

Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience in e-commerce or technology-driven business.
Hands-on experience with Shopify and e-commerce systems; ability to troubleshoot apps and integrations.

Responsibilities

Actively research new AI tools, platforms and automation technologies relevant to e-commerce and business operations.
Work with departments to identify repetitive, inefficient or manual processes and propose AI/automation improvements.
Research and compare solutions based on functionality, integration capability, security, cost and business benefit.
Conduct trials and proof-of-concept testing before recommending implementation.
Present recommendations to management in a clear, practical manner.
Implement or coordinate AI and automation solutions and measure results post-implementation.
Provide day-to-day IT and systems support to employees; troubleshoot hardware, software, email, network and system issues.
