Asseti is a fast-moving, early-stage product role in Sydney focused on turning asset data into actionable decisions. You will work with customers, engineers, and the product to build AI-powered solutions, prototypes, and analysis to deliver value quickly.

Based in Sydney, you will own discovery, roadmap, and outcomes, partner with engineering, design and GTM, and drive adoption to move customers to operate differently.

Competenze

• 3+ years as a Product Manager on B2B software.
• AI-first in how you work, including prototyping and analysis.
• Customer interviews and direct user contact.
• Data-driven, able to query and interpret product analytics.
• Experience with operational personas: facilities management, property operations, maintenance, or logistics.
• Familiarity with ERP, CMMS or facilities management platforms.
• Experience with spatial or geospatial data.

Mansioni

• Own discovery, prioritisation, and roadmap delivery for your product area, building an evidence-based roadmap.
• Articulate clear problem statements and specifications engineers can build from directly.
• Partner closely with Engineering, Design and GTM through delivery, surface risks early, and manage scope trade-offs.
• Own the outcome, define success before you build, and drive enablement and adoption.
