Job summary

IT Alliance Australia in Canberra is seeking AI Developers for a Federal Government client to configure and deploy Foundry agents and to integrate them with enterprise data sources such as SharePoint, Outlook and Teams to extend the system knowledge base.

You will maintain prompts, workflows and templates to improve relevance and usability, support onboarding and training under the Copilot Change and Communication Plan, and help create learning assets and user guides for Copilot features and

• Experience configuring and deploying Foundry agents tailored to business needs.
• Experience integrating Foundry with enterprise data sources (SharePoint, Outlook, Teams).
• Maintaining and iterating agent prompts, workflows and templates for accuracy.
• Supporting onboarding and training for Copilot changes and communication.
• Developing learning assets and user guides for Copilot features and agent use.

• Support onboarding, training, and communication activities aligned with the Copilot Change and Communication Plan.
