Job summary

People Connect ICT Solutions is recruiting an AI Developer for a Federal Government client in Canberra to drive digital innovation and enterprise AI capability. The role emphasizes Azure AI services, AI agents, Copilot deployment, and governance for privacy and security.

Key tasks include configuring AI agents, integrating with enterprise data sources, onboarding Copilot users, and creating learning materials while upholding ethical AI standards.

Qualifications

• Degree or qualification in Computer Science, IT, AI, or a related field.
• Azure certifications or Microsoft AI/cloud certifications.
• Hands-on experience with Azure AI Foundry or Azure administration.
• Practical experience with generative AI models and prompt engineering.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement, communication, and workshop facilitation skills.
• Understanding of ethical AI, bias mitigation, fairness, and responsible deployment.

Responsibilities

• Configure and deploy AI agents tailored to business needs, including summarisation, document drafting, and decision support.
• Integrate AI solutions with enterprise data sources to improve knowledge access and business usability.
• Support Copilot onboarding, training, communications, and user adoption activities.
• Develop learning materials, user guides, and support resources for AI and Copilot capabilities.
• Ensure AI configurations comply with privacy, security, and ethical AI standards.
