Job summary

Randstad Digital (Formerly Finite Recruitment) in Canberra is seeking a contractor to configure and deploy Foundry agents, integrating them with enterprise data sources and maintaining prompts and templates. The role supports onboarding and education initiatives for Copilot features and agent usage, with a focus on AI language development.

The position is based in Canberra with a hybrid working arrangement; Australian Citizens ONLY, and the candidate must be able to obtain Baseline clearance.

Responsibilities

• Configure and deploy Foundry agents tailored to business needs, including summarisation, document drafting, and decision support.
• Integrate Foundry with enterprise data sources (e.g. SharePoint, Outlook, Teams) to extend its knowledge base
• Maintain and iterate agent prompts, workflows, and templates to improve relevance and usability.
• Support onboarding, training, and communication activities aligned with the Copilot Change and Communication Plan
• Assist in developing learning assets and user guides for Copilot features and agent use.
• Develop code specific to AI languages
