Job summary

4DTalent is seeking an hands-on AI & Automation Specialist to translate ideas into practical, production-ready solutions across the business. You will drive opportunities with Power Platform, AI tools, and data across multiple functions, delivering prototypes and scalable implementations.

In this greenfield role, you will become the internal SME for AI & Automation, shaping adoption while building capabilities on Power Platform, Fabric, and related Microsoft technologies within a collaborative

About the opportunity:

We’re seeking a hands-on AI & Automation Specialist to turn ideas into practical, production-ready solutions across the business. This newly created role will work across different functions to identify where AI, automation and data can make a genuine difference – assessing opportunities, developing prototypes and taking the right solutions into production. Working predominantly within the Microsoft ecosystem, you’ll build across Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI, Fabric, Dataverse and M365, while exploring practical AI use cases through Copilot and Copilot Studio.

This is a genuine greenfield opportunity to become the internal SME across AI & Automation, helping shape how the business adopts these technologies while remaining hands-on and actually building the solutions.

About You:

• Strong hands-on experience designing and delivering solutions using Microsoft Power Platform, particularly Power Automate and Power Apps.
• Experience across the broader Microsoft ecosystem including Power BI, SharePoint, Teams, Dataverse and Microsoft 365.
• Practical exposure to enterprise AI tools such as Microsoft Copilot, Copilot Studio or comparable platforms.
• Experience building Power BI dashboards, data models and reporting solutions using Power Query and DAX.
• Exposure to Microsoft Fabric or comparable cloud data platforms, including data ingestion, transformation and pipelines.
• A pragmatic understanding of data governance, cybersecurity, privacy and responsible AI.

Above all, you’ll be a builder. Someone comfortable working independently, getting into the technology and answering the question: "Can we do this, how would we do it and what will it take to make it work?"
