Job summary

Intrinzic is building a brand-new AI Engineering capability in Australia to deliver production AI solutions with real business impact. You will join a select group of senior engineers steering development from the ground up, working with senior leaders to solve complex problems and deliver tangible outcomes.

Qualifications

• Delivered AI or LLM solutions into production.
• Strong Software Engineering, Platform, DevOps or Architecture background.
• Experience engaging with senior stakeholders.
• Experience across AWS, Azure or GCP.

Rather than joining an established team, you'll become part of a select group of senior engineers helping build something new from the ground up.

What You'll Actually Be Doing

No two engagements will look the same.

One week you'll be working directly with senior decision-makers to understand complex business challenges.

The next you'll be designing and delivering production-grade AI solutions that create measurable outcomes.

You'll combine engineering, architecture and consulting to help clients move from "What's possible?" to "Here's what's in production."

You'll own problems from discovery through to delivery, working within small, highly capable teams that value technical excellence and practical outcomes.
