Job summary

DataAnnotation is seeking an experienced Management Consultant to train AI models by testing them against real business problems and judging outputs with a consultant’s eye. You’ll identify where models succeed or fall short and provide clear rationale to shape future AI tools.

Responsibilities include writing briefs, reviewing model responses for rigor, flagging issues, and selecting the best outputs for leadership review. Fresh MBA candidates welcome, remote-friendly contract role.

Qualifications

• Experience in management consulting, strategy, PMO, or deal advisory.
• Experience at top strategy firm, Big Four, or boutique consultancy is a plus.
• Ability to critique work for senior stakeholders.
• Based in eligible regions and able to work remotely for Australia-based projects.

Responsibilities

• Write client-style briefs from engagements you know well and run them through AI models.
• Review each response like an associate’s work before it reaches a partner: framing, structure, rigor, insights, storyline.
• Flag concrete issues such as unsupported claims or vague conclusions and explain your reasoning.
• Compare responses head-to-head and pick the one to present to a leadership team.
