Job summary

Built is seeking an AI & Power Platform Engineer to own the Power Apps portfolio, scale AI agents and manage cloud infrastructure in Australia. You will join the Digital & Data team to deliver enterprise-grade outcomes and enable teams to innovate at scale.

This role focuses on reliability, performance, and adoption of platforms, while guiding both technical and non-technical stakeholders. You’ll work across Microsoft Power Platform, AI integrations and cloud services to turn ideas into

Qualifications

• Experience administering and developing solutions within Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps and Power Automate.
• Exposure to AI technologies such as Copilot Studio or similar AI platforms.
• Knowledge of Azure services, cloud security, identity management and monitoring practices.
• Interest in balancing operational excellence with hands-on development.
• Strong problem-solving, curiosity and collaboration with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

The Opportunity

As our AI & Power Platform Engineer within the Digital & Data team, you\'ll create the foundations that allow AI and low-code innovation to thrive across Built. You\'ll be responsible for the platforms that are increasingly central to how our people work, collaborate and deliver outcomes.

Key Areas Of Impact Include

• Owning Built's growing portfolio of Power Apps, ensuring reliability, performance and adoption across the platform.
• Operating, enhancing and building AI agents, helping teams safely scale AI solutions from individual use to enterprise adoption.
• Managing Built's cloud environment and agent ecosystem, balancing security, performance, compliance and cost efficiency.
• Establishing monitoring, alerting and operational standards that give the business confidence to innovate within clear guardrails.
• Supporting developers and business users to turn ideas into scalable solutions that deliver real business value.
  
  

Success in this role will be measured by the stability, scalability and adoption of the platforms you support, and the confidence teams have to innovate using them.

You\'ll Bring

• Experience administering and developing solutions within Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps and Power Automate.

• Knowledge of Microsoft Azure services, cloud security, identity management and monitoring practices.
• An interest in balancing operational excellence with hands-on development and continuous improvement.
