Qualifications
- 5+ years delivering data, AI, digital or tech-enabled initiatives that create measurable business value.
- Proven ability to influence stakeholders and deliver outcomes through collaboration.
- Strong experience identifying opportunities, developing roadmaps and driving adoption of new capabilities.
- Experience leading change and embedding new ways of working across an organisation.
Responsibilities
- Develop and drive a prioritised AI roadmap aligned with Tennis Australia’s objectives and measurable value.
- Build trusted relationships to accelerate AI adoption across business and technology teams.
- Enable governance, capability and literacy programs to ensure safe, responsible AI adoption.
