The role demands hands-on experience with AI tools, workshop design, and the ability to balance innovation with prudent governance. Hybrid work with in-person collaboration at the Collingwood HQ is supported.

Qualifications

• Deep fluency with modern AI tools and workflows.
• Experience running workshops and training across diverse teams.
• Ability to map problems to practical AI solutions.
• Ability to assess tool costs vs value and advise changes.

Responsibilities

• Lead AI enablement across Bellroy with tool selection and practices.
• Run workshops and coach teams to apply AI in workflows.
• Collaborate with Technology, Continuous Improvement and People teams.
• Track usage and licence costs to build ROI cases.
• Update guidelines for responsible AI use.
