Job summary

Excolo Partners is seeking an AI Adoption Trainer in Brisbane to drive practical adoption of AI and digital tooling across the organisation. You will design and deliver enablement that maps to real team workflows and coach staff from executives to support functions to realise value.

You will mentor users on AI tooling such as Microsoft Copilot and Claude, work with cyber security standards, and collaborate with digital, project and change teams to remove blockers and measure success.

Qualifications

• Background driving software or technology adoption through training or enablement.
• Experience coaching through rollout of new tooling and ways of working.
• Comfort designing and delivering training or enablement material, including self-paced formats.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver enablement and training aligned to how teams actually work.
• Coach professionals across the business on AI and digital tools to drive value.
• Track adoption metrics and translate data into actionable recommendations.
• Ensure training aligns with cyber security policy and technology standards.
• Build advisory relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
