Snackbrands Australia is seeking an organised Agronomy Logistics Coordinator for Orchard Hills to manage the flow of agricultural supply from paddock to factory. You will coordinate with growers, transport providers and production teams to align schedules, manage logistics and ensure product quality, keeping the supply chain running smoothly.

Competenze

• A degree in Agronomy, Supply chain management or a related discipline.
• Experience in logistics planning, agriculture engagement or agricultural supply chain operations.
• Understanding of crop production cycles, farming practices and product quality.
• Strong coordination, organisational and problem-solving skills.
• Confident communication skills and the ability to build relationships with diverse stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and administrative skills, with confidence working with data and systems.
• An understanding of logistics, transport compliance and Chain of Responsibility requirements.

About the role:

We’re looking for an organised and proactive Agronomy Logistics Coordinator to join our Agronomy team at Orchard Hills. This role is key to ensuring a seamless flow of agricultural supply from paddock to factory. Working closely with growers, transport providers, agronomy and production teams, you'll coordinate supply schedules, manage logistics, maintain compliance and use data to support efficient factory operations.
You'll play an important role in strengthening grower relationships, ensuring product quality and keeping our supply chain running smoothly.

This role is based at our Orchard Hills site. There may be some occasions of WFH but this role is predominantly onsite based role.
