Job summary

Nutrien Ag Solutions’ AgriWest Windsor branch is seeking a full-time Sales Support Merchandise team member. This diverse role covers customer service, stock handling, on-farm deliveries and branch administration to support both customers and the team.

Ideal candidates have a background in customer service or retail, strong communication, and a proactive, detail-oriented approach. A current driver’s licence is essential, forklift experience is a plus, and hours are 8:00am–5:00pm with Saturdays on

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service, retail, sales or merchandise environments.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Proactive, hands-on approach with good organisational ability.
• Excellent attention to detail and multi-tasking capability.
• Strong problem-solving skills and professional handling of customer inquiries.
• Solid computer skills: MS Excel, Word and Outlook.
• Must hold a current driver's licence; forklift licence is advantageous but not required.

Responsibilities

• Receiving, unloading, and organising stock and deliveries.
• On-farm deliveries and building relationships with local customers.
• Customer service through counter sales, enquiries, and order processing.
• Branch administration: stock control, ordering, invoicing and receipting.
• Inventory management, stocktakes and price checks for smooth operations.
• Prepare customer orders and maintain a welcoming store environment.
• Collaborate with the team to support branch operations and service levels.
• Promote a positive, safety-focused, customer-centric culture.
