Heidelberg Materials Australia is seeking an Agitator Driver based at Busselton Concrete Plant. You will drive a concrete agitator, deliver to clients, and act as the face of our company while ensuring safe, timely loads.

## Agitator DriverApply: Busselton, WA: Full time: Posted Today: JR10017921**Agitator Driver**Driving a concrete agitator truck for Heidelberg Materials is more than just going from A to B and back again. Our Agitator drivers and Batchers provide high levels of customer service to our clients receiving our products, becoming the face of our business. As a Driver/Batcher, you will be making multiple deliveries throughout the day, operating the batch plant, and interacting with lots of different people. Every day will be different; there’s nothing routine about this role!**About the role:*** Rates: $36.99 ph plus penalties (rate X 1.5 after 8 hours, rate X 2.0 after 10 hours).* You will be based at Busselton Concrete Plant.* Most days will start at 7am-3pm and drivers can do up to and over 10 hours per day, and around 50 – 55 hours per week.* As we mentioned, driving an Agi is like being a Customer Service Agent on wheels. You will be dealing with lots of different personalities every day, so you need to be comfortable interacting with people you haven’t met before* We provide cutting edge technology to not only keep you safe whilst driving, but also to help you map your routes and keep track of your loads* All new starts go through a 10-day training program before we let you loose by yourself.* Occasional concrete batching when required.**About you:*** Minimum of HR license (essential) with previous driving experience (preferred)* You enjoy meeting people and having a chat with them when you’re onsite* You prefer variety in your working life.
