Heidelberg Materials Australia is hiring an Agitator Driver/Batcher for the Busselton concrete plant. You will deliver concrete, operate the batch plant, and engage with customers daily to ensure timely deliveries.

Agitator Driver driving a concrete agitator truck for Heidelberg Materials is more than just going from A to B and back again. Our Agitator drivers and Batchers provide high levels of customer service to our clients receiving our products, becoming the face of our business. As a Driver/Batcher, you will be making multiple deliveries throughout the day, operating the batch plant, and interacting with lots of different people. Every day will be different; there’s nothing routine about this role!
Rates: $36.99 ph plus penalties (rate X 1.5 after 8 hours, rate X 2.0 after 10 hours). You will be based at Busselton Concrete Plant. Most days will start at 7am-3pm and drivers can do up to and over 10 hours per day, and around 50-55 hours per week. As we mentioned, driving an Agi is like being a Customer Service Agent on wheels. You will be dealing with lots of different personalities every day, so you need to be comfortable interacting with people you haven’t met before. We provide cutting edge technology to not only keep you safe whilst driving, but also to help you map your routes and keep track of your loads. All new starts go through a 10-day training program before we let you loose byyourself. Occasional concrete batching when required.
