Job summary

Heidelberg Materials Australia is seeking a casual Agitator Driver at Narrogin Concrete Plant. You will drive a concrete agitator truck and provide customer service on wheels, delivering to multiple sites and engaging with diverse customers throughout the day.

Typical shifts start around 7am and can extend beyond 10 hours, with up to 50–55 hours/week. A 10-day training program precedes on-site duties, and the role requires an HR license and a proactive, neat presentation for our brand.

Qualifications

• Minimum of HR license (essential) with previous driving experience (preferred)
• You enjoy meeting people and having a chat with them when you're onsite
• You prefer variety in your working life. No two days are ever the same when you're driving one of our Agi trucks
• You take pride in the appearance of your truck. You are a mobile billboard and people notice a dirty truck
• Able to pass a pre-employment medical, including a drug and alcohol test (random testing is also conducted on all Heidelberg Materials sites)

## Agitator DriverApply: Narrogin, WA: Variable Time / Casual: Posted Today: JR10018607**Casual HR Concrete Driver | Narrogin**Driving a concrete agitator truck for Heidelberg Materials is more than just going from A to B and back again. Our Agitator drivers and Batchers provide high levels of customer service to our clients receiving our products, becoming the face of our business. You will be making multiple deliveries throughout the day and interacting with lots of different people. Every day will be different; there's nothing routine about this role!**About the role:*** Rates: $36.99ph plus casual loading & penalties (rate X 1.5 after 8 hours, rate X 2.0 after 10 hours).* You will be based at Narrogin Concrete Plant.* Most days will start at 7am-3pm and drivers can do up to and over 10 hours per day, and around 50 - 55 hours per week.* As we mentioned, driving an Agi is like being a Customer Service Agent on wheels.
