Job summary

IT Alliance is seeking an experienced Agile Scrum Master to join our Federal Government client in Canberra. You will lead Agile delivery, facilitate Scrum events, and ensure delivery of business outcomes in a complex ICT environment.

You will coach teams, build strong relationships with stakeholders, identify risks and dependencies, and apply Agile frameworks to drive high performance. This role offers opportunities to influence delivery at scale and support an inclusive, accessible recruitment

Qualifications

• Led Agile delivery teams in complex environments to deliver business outcomes using Scrum and Agile principles.
• Built productive relationships and influenced stakeholders at all levels to support Agile delivery.
• Coached individuals and teams in Agile principles to foster high-performing, self-managing teams.
• Identified, assessed and managed risks, dependencies, and impediments affecting delivery.
• Applied Agile frameworks, methodologies and tools in ICT environments.

Job description

One of our Federal Government clients is looking for Agile Scrum Master in Canberra.

We are looking for the following Skills/Experience:

• Demonstrated experience leading Agile delivery teams in complex environments, ensuring the successful delivery of business outcomes whilst applying Scrum and Agile principles.
• Demonstrated ability to build productive relationships and influence stakeholders at all organisational levels to support Agile delivery outcomes.
• Demonstrated experience coaching individuals and teams in Agile principles, fostering high-performing, self-managing teams.
• Demonstrated ability to identify, assess and manage risks, dependencies and impediments that impact delivery outcomes.
• Demonstrated knowledge and practical application of Agile frameworks, methodologies and tools in a complex ICT environment.
