Infosys in Sydney is seeking a professional who is passionate about technology and problem solving to join our Agile teams. You will coach Scrum ceremonies, help manage product backlogs, and drive continuous improvement using Jira or Rally to track progress.

The role requires a Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent certification, experience in software development or project management, and strong communication and facilitation skills.

Qualifications

• Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent certification.
• Experience in software development or project management.
• Strong understanding of Agile and Scrum methodologies.
• Excellent communication and facilitation skills.
• Experience with Agile tools (Jira, Rally, etc.).

Responsibilities

• Ensure the team follows Agile principles and Scrum framework.
• Remove obstacles and resolve conflicts to maintain team productivity.
• Collaborate with Product Owner to manage backlog and prioritize work.
• Track and report progress using Agile metrics (velocity, burndown charts).
• Promote a culture of continuous improvement and transparency.
• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies (Daily Stand‑ups, Sprint Planning, Reviews, Retrospectives).
