Job summary

Altana is seeking an experienced Implementation professional to lead end-to-end deployments of our AI-powered platform for enterprise customers in Australia. You will design agentic workflows, connect data sources and tools, and ensure production-ready, auditable solutions.

You will collaborate with engineering, data science and product teams, drive customer success, and manage adoption alongside formal delivery milestones. Travel to client sites and the Canberra hub is expected.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in customer-facing technical delivery
• Proven track record shipping complex technical projects with external stakeholders
• Strong communicator and coordinator across multiple teams
• Product instincts to identify what problem is being solved and the smallest viable solution
• Comfort with ambiguity and partial information, driving progress

Responsibilities

• Design and deploy agentic AI workflows and manage tool integrations
• Lead customer implementations end to end from scoping to go-live
• Coordinate across engineering, data science, product, and customer success
• Apply product management judgment to prioritize and define milestones
