Job summary

Cult Artists, a Sydney-based entertainment agency within the Secret Sounds & Live Nation group, is seeking an Agent Assistant to grow within the business.

This casual, part-time role (~20 hours per week) starts immediately. You will support the Agent team with contracting and advancing shows, assist with ticket sales reports, and help secure support options for artist tours. The position offers room for growth in live music careers.

Responsibilities

• Work with and support the Agent team with administrative duties, including contracting and advancing confirmed shows, assisting with ticket sales reports, and securing support options for artist tours.
• Maintain and keep agency database and resources current and up to date.
• Develop, maintain and grow relationships with the agency’s artist teams & broader music industry.
• Participate in ongoing training for new staff who wish to grow within the business.
