Job summary

Live Nation Australasia in Melbourne is seeking a Tour Settlements Officer (Assistant Accountant) to support settlements for concerts across Australia and New Zealand. This 9-month fixed-term role involves ensuring accurate coding, cash handling, and documentation, in a fast-paced touring environment.

You will work with Tour Accountants and Promoters, loading journals into Oracle, and preparing APRA/PPCA submissions while contributing to process improvements and audit readiness.

In this 9-month fixed term contract, you'll assist with the settlements process for concerts and tours across Australia and New Zealand, working closely with Tour Accountants and Promoters to make sure all financial information relating to a tour is accurately coded in the accounts payable system. You'll also be responsible for ensuring cash deposits are correctly allocated and that all supporting documentation is in order.
