Lead the coordination of services that help older people stay connected, independent and engaged in their community
The Junction Neighbourhood Centre (JNC) is a community-focused organisation in the Inner City and Eastern Suburbs where connection, wellbeing and support are at the heart of everything they do. Working within the Commonwealth Home Support Programme (CHSP), you'll play a key role in ensuring older people receive social support and respite services that help them remain active, independent and connected to their local community.
This role sits at the heart of a busy aged services team, balancing client needs, staff coordination and service delivery. Combining people leadership, service coordination and client engagement, you'll help create positive experiences for older people while ensuring services run smoothly day to day.
You thrive in a fast-paced environment and can confidently manage multiple priorities without losing sight of the client experience. You're organised, adaptable and enjoy being part of a collaborative team.
This is an opportunity to join a supportive and passionate team delivering services that genuinely improve quality of life for older people. You'll have the chance to build strong relationships with clients and staff while making a meaningful contribution to your local community every day.
If you're looking for a role that combines people leadership, service coordination and purpose-driven work, we'd love to hear from you.
