Job summary

HammondCare is seeking a part-time Workplace Coach to join our Horsley residential home. You will work with the Residential and Learning Team to coach and mentor staff, focusing on implementing HammondCare Principles of Care and improving outcomes for residents.

You will deliver learning activities in various formats, plan training schedules, and support staff through orientation and the retention program, all within a values-driven Christian mission.

Qualifications

• Experience in practical training/mentoring/coaching roles.
• Commitment to lifelong learning for self and others.
• Willingness to undertake Certificate III in Individualised Support if not already held.

Responsibilities

• Identify learning and development needs with Residential and Learning teams.
• Plan training schedules to meet learner and service needs.
• Deliver learning activities in face-to-face, online and group formats.
• Support the learning pathway from Orientation and retention as part of the program.
