Job summary

HammondCare in Horsley is seeking a part-time Workplace Coach to empower our Specialised Carers by coaching and mentoring across Residential and Learning teams. This role focuses on improving outcomes for clients through a case-management approach and by implementing HammondCare Principles of Care.

You will deliver learning activities face-to-face, online and in workplace assessments, plan training schedules, support staff through Orientation and retention programs, and encourage pursuit of

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in a practical training/mentoring/coaching role.
• Commitment to lifelong learning for self and others.
• Intermediate to Advanced MS Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, MS Teams).

Responsibilities

• Work collaboratively with Residential and Learning teams to identify learning needs.
• Deliver learning activities in various formats (face-to-face, webinars, workplace assessment).
• Plan Training schedules to meet learner and service needs and support staff through Orientation and retention programs.
• Support staff studying ASQA accredited qualifications Certificate III in Individual Support.
• Promote and implement a case management approach by the Care Team.
