Kirinari Community Services Ltd. is seeking experienced Aged & Home Care Workers to help older Australians remain independent, connected and safe at home, through compassionate, person-centred support.

You will work directly in clients' homes and communities delivering domestic assistance, personal care, meal preparation, transport to appointments, shopping and social support, with regular training and a supportive leadership team.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience in aged care, home care or community care.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Reliable with excellent time management.

About the Role

• Domestic assistance (this is often the largest part of your day)
• Personal care
• Meal preparation
• Transport to appointments
• Shopping and errands
• Community participation
• Social support and companionship

You will work directly in clients' homes and communities, supporting them to achieve the goals that matter most to them.

We'd Love to Hear from You If You Have:

• At least 2 years' experience in aged care, home care or community care
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• A caring and person-centred approach
• Excellent time management and reliability
• A genuine passion for supporting older Australians

Essential Requirements

• Current Driver Licence
• Reliable and insured vehicle
• Current First Aid & CPR
• National Police Check
• NDIS Worker's Check
• Australian working rights
