Job summary

Calvary Health Care is seeking a dedicated Support Worker to provide in-home care across the Port Augusta region. You will assist clients with daily living tasks, domestic assistance, social support, respite and personal care, in clients’ homes and in the community.

Qualifications

• Certificate III in Aged Care, Home and Community Care, Disability or Individual Support (desirable).
• Current and valid Driver’s Licence; insured vehicle and capable smartphone.

Responsibilities

• Provide client-centred care.
• Support activities of daily living and home care services.
• Assist with Domestic Assistance, Social Support, Respite and Personal Care.
• Promote client choice and independence in care planning.
• Communicate clearly and report changes in client well-being.
