Randstad Pty in Seymour, VIC is seeking an experienced Site Manager to lead a new $9M aged care extension. Kicking off soon, you will drive the 12‑month program, manage trades and keep residents safe and comfortable.

The role requires live site experience near operational facilities, a carpentry or construction qualification, and strong leadership to coordinate logistics, QA and weekly milestones.

Qualifications

• 4–5+ years as lead Site Manager on $5–$15M projects.
• Experience working adjacent to operational aged care or healthcare facilities.
• Carpentry trade or Construction Management qualification.

Responsabilités

• Lead day-to-day site operations from shed setup to handover and defects liability.
• Manage 2–4 week look-aheads, coordinate trades, hit milestone dates.
• Coordinate with facility operations to ensure zero disruption to residents.
• Enforce safety, run pre-starts and toolbox talks, vet SWMS/JSEAs.
• Oversee structural, finishes and landscaping packages with QA sign-offs.
• Support PM/Contract Administrator on RFIs, variations and procurement.
