CAPSTONE RECRUITMENT ASIA PACIFIC is seeking a Senior Site Manager to lead a landmark 7-level, $55M aged care development in Melbourne's inner-city suburb of Kew. The project is starting soon and requires hands-on leadership from early works through handover.

Ideal candidates will have Senior Site Manager experience on large-scale, complex projects, including tower cranes and high-rise structures, with a proven ability to manage subcontractors, safety, and program delivery to practical

Qualifications

Proven experience as Senior Site Manager on projects of similar scale and complexity.
Aged care, health, or related sector experience highly regarded.
Tower crane and high-rise structural experience essential.
Strong leadership and communication to manage subcontractors and stakeholders across a long duration build.
Available to commit to project through to practical completion.

Responsibilities

Manage on-site construction activities across a 7-level, $55M aged care development.
Oversee subcontractor coordination, programming and quality control from early works through to completion.
Maintain safety, compliance and site standards on a complex, occupied-site build.
Work closely with the Project Manager and project team to keep the program on track.
Manage tower crane logistics and sequencing across a constrained inner-city site.
