Job summary

Design & Build Recruitment is seeking an experienced Site Manager to oversee an $8M aged care new-build in the Dubbo region. The role focuses on civil works and out-of-ground construction, with strong emphasis on safety, quality and regulatory compliance, and the ability to drive programme outcomes on a regional project.

You will coordinate subcontractors, trades and suppliers, work closely with the project team and stakeholders, and enjoy accommodation near site.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Site Manager on commercial construction projects.
• Strong experience across civil works, groundworks and out-of-ground construction.
• Experience delivering design-and-build projects in regulated environments is highly desirable.
• Strong knowledge of site safety, quality assurance, programming and subcontractor management.
• Excellent communication, leadership and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage a project independently and drive programme outcomes.

The project involves the construction of a new aged care facility, and we are looking for someone with a strong background in civil works and out-of-ground construction.
