Job summary

Churches of Christ in Queensland – Bongaree QLD is seeking a Registered Nurse to support residents and lead our care team. You will conduct assessments, administer medications and coordinate with multidisciplinary staff to deliver holistic aged-care services.

Qualifications

• Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse.
• Experience in aged care and resident wellbeing.
• First Aid, CPR and Police Check current or willingness to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Assessment & Planning: Conduct and review individualised, evidence-based care plans.
• Administer medications and update care plans.
• Conduct baseline and focused assessments.
• Team Collaboration: Coordinate with multidisciplinary staff for holistic care.
• Collaborating with residents, families and stakeholders to ensure high-quality care.
