Job summary

Churches of Christ Queensland is seeking Casual Registered Nurses for our Moonah Park Aged Care Service. This 98-bed Residential Aged Care home supports residents and staff with medication administration, care plan reviews, and focused assessments.

We value Integrity, Compassion, Excellence and Courage. You must hold AHPRA RN registration, CPR and First Aid, and be able to work across day, afternoon and night shifts. We proudly encourage Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander applicants.

Qualifications

• Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse (RN).
• CPR certificate and First Aid (as required).
• Current Police Check and willingness to obtain if needed.
• Ability to work across day, afternoon and night shifts.
• Hold or willing to obtain a current NDIS check.
• Australian work rights; sponsorship not available.
• Previous clinical experience in the Aged Care sector.

Job description

Churches of Christ Queensland are currently seeking Casual Registered Nurses for our Moonah Park Aged Care Service. This role will see you working within our 98 bed Residential Aged Care home supporting our residents and staff - work as part of the team, medication administration, reviewing and updating care plans, conducting baseline and focussed assessments and liaising with internal/external stakeholders, residents and their families.

About You

Are you an experienced Registered Nurse who is looking for flexibility to work in a community where they appreciate your work every day?

• Passionate about Aged Care and providing safe supportive care to the residents
• Has current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse (RN)
• Currently hold CPR Certificate and if required First Aid
• Currently holds, or willing to obtain a current Police Check
• Ability to work across day, afternoon and night shifts
• Hold valid Australian Work Rights - Unfortunately we are not currently able to sponsor
• Previous clinical experience in the Aged Care Sector
• Currently hold, or willing to obtain a current NDIS check
