Job summary

Aeralife Kingswood in NSW seeks an experienced Residence Manager to lead a multidisciplinary team and drive exceptional resident outcomes. You will oversee clinical governance, quality, occupancy, and financial performance while ensuring compliance with Aged Care Quality Standards and the Aged Care Act.

You will report to the Regional Operations Manager and collaborate with Quality, Governance & Risk, Finance and People teams to foster a positive, high-performing workplace and an outstanding

Qualifications

• Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse.
• Minimum three years in a leadership role within residential aged care.
• Strong understanding of Aged Care Act 2024 and Quality Standards.
• Experience leading multidisciplinary teams and driving accreditation outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Provide overall leadership and day-to-day management of the residence.
• Lead multidisciplinary teams to achieve resident and employee outcomes.
• Ensure safe, high-quality, person-centred care and services.
• Maintain regulatory compliance with Aged Care Quality Standards and Act.
• Drive continuous improvement and accreditation readiness.
• Build relationships with residents, families and external stakeholders.
• Oversee workforce planning, rostering and budgeting to support occupancy and performance.
