Qualifications

• Registered with AHPRA as a Registered Nurse.
• Demonstrated recent clinical experience in an Aged Care Rehab & AACE setting.
• Strong written and verbal communication; interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work as part of an interdisciplinary team and maintain professional boundaries.
• Current computer skills and ability to use health information systems.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, person-centred care in accordance with Nursing and Midwifery Board standards.
• Coordinate and implement nursing care, including assessment, planning, intervention, and evaluation.
• Supervise Enrolled Nurses and Assistants in Nursing within scope of practice.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation and liaise with the multidisciplinary team.
• Participate in quality improvement, clinical supervision and ongoing professional development.
