Job summary

Catholic Healthcare Limited in Batehaven, NSW is seeking an experienced Aged Care Nurse to join our compassionate care team. You will assess, plan and evaluate nursing care, administer medications and coordinate with doctors and families to deliver individualized care plans.

You will lead and mentor care staff, maintain comprehensive clinical documentation and respond to acute health changes. Current AHPRA registration and Police/NDIS clearance, plus the required nursing qualification, are

• Bachelor of Nursing or equivalent qualification.
• 6+ months experience as an Aged Care Nurse.
• Current AHPRA Registration.
• Current Police Check or NDIS Worker Clearance.
• 6+ months experience as an Aged Care Nurse.

About the Candidate
