Healthcarelink Support in Hobart is seeking enthusiastic, flexible Registered Nurses to join aged care teams. You will support residents in daily living, assess care needs, plan with residents, and deliver clinical and personal care with a focus on independence and well-being.

The role requires AHPRA RN registration, Bachelor of Nursing, First Aid, NDIS clearance and Australian work entitlements. Benefits include relocation assistance, flexible hours and retention bonuses.

Qualificações

• Bachelor of Nursing qualification and current AHPRA registration.
• First Aid certificate or willingness to obtain and maintain it.
• NDIS Worker Screening Clearance or willingness to obtain.
• Vaccination: two doses and booster per Immunisation History Statement.
• Eligible to work in Australia with valid entitlements.

Responsabilidades

• Support residents and clients with independence and informed care choices.
• Undertake initial and ongoing assessment and planning for care with residents.
• Deliver safe and effective daily living care including clinical and personal care.
• Implement and maintain care plans.
• Demonstrate strong organisational and prioritisation skills and the ability to multi-task.
• Commit to CPD and quality improvement.
