Newly HealthcareLink in Belmore/Campbelltown, NSW is seeking a Registered Nurse for a casual position in aged care. You will provide safe, person-centred nursing care, perform assessments, administer medications, and support residents with their daily healthcare needs. Casual role with flexible hours and competitive remuneration based on experience and qualifications.

Prior aged care experience and strong documentation skills are desirable. AHPRA registration is required.

Formación

• Current AHPRA Registered Nurse registration.
• Strong clinical and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsabilidades

• Provide safe, person-centred nursing care to residents.
• Conduct clinical assessments and monitor residents' health conditions.
• Administer medications and treatments as required.
• Develop and maintain accurate clinical documentation and care plans.
• Monitor and report changes in residents' health and wellbeing.
• Work collaboratively with care staff, families and other healthcare professionals.
• Support residents with their daily healthcare needs.
• Follow aged care policies, procedures and relevant clinical standards.
• Promote residents' dignity, independence and quality of life.
