Job summary

E4 People is seeking a Quality & Compliance Officer for a well-established residential aged care provider in New South Wales. The role oversees quality, compliance and clinical governance across multiple nursing homes, including Pymble facilities.

You will monitor, audit and strengthen quality across sites, perform desktop and onsite audits, identify gaps and drive corrective actions, and contribute to policy development, risk management and continuous improvement across the organisation.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in residential aged care.
• Current AHPRA registration and a National Police Certificate.
• Experience conducting audits and supporting corrective actions.
• Familiarity with Aged Care Quality Standards and quality management systems.
• Willingness to travel across care homes for onsite support.

Responsibilities

• Monitor, audit and strengthen quality and compliance across residential aged care homes.
• Conduct desktop and onsite audits; identify gaps and support corrective actions.
• Collaborate with operational teams to implement improvement plans.
• Contribute to the Clinical Governance Framework and staff education.
• Support complaints management and risk/incidents oversight.
