Job summary

Aspect Health is seeking a customer-focused Pharmacist for opportunities across our pharmacy and aged care facilities in South East Queensland. Newly registered or with a couple of years of experience, you’ll grow under guidance from experienced pharmacists and build relationships with residents and care teams.

Qualifications

• Current AHPRA registration as a pharmacist.
• Ability to vaccinate with CPR current.
• Customer-focused approach and a genuine interest in supporting older people.
• Willingness to ask questions, learn from others and develop clinical skills.
• Clear communication and a friendly, professional manner.
• Attention to detail and commitment to safe practice.

Responsibilities

• Deliver safe, accurate dispensing and medication management for aged care residents.
• Respond to enquiries with care and professionalism.
• Build trusted relationships with facility staff, prescribers and healthcare professionals.
• Develop understanding of residents’ medication needs and contribute to continuity of care.
• Work collaboratively with pharmacists, technicians and pharmacy assistants.
• Contribute to onsite facility vaccination clinics and related activities.
• Support and guide the wider pharmacy team and contribute to quality and compliance.
