Job summary

Raven's Recruitment seeks an experienced Pharmacist to join an aged care provider operating facilities across Goulburn, Illawarra Coast, Wollongong and Canberra area. The role focuses on delivering onsite clinical pharmacy services including medication reviews and contributing to policy and governance.

You must hold a Bachelor of Pharmacy with current AHPRA registration, MMR and ACOP credentialing, excellent communication, relationship-building, and vaccination accreditation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Pharmacy and current registration with AHPRA.
• MMR and Aged Care Onsite Pharmacist (ACOP) credentialling.
• Excellent communication skills, able to develop and maintain relationships.
• Proactive, driven and passionate about making an impact in the aged care sector.
