Job summary

Raven's Recruitment is seeking Pharmacists with ACOP/MMR credentials to deliver onsite clinical pharmacy services across aged care facilities in ACT or the south coast of NSW. Roles include part-time or full-time arrangements, with a flexible roster and opportunities to work close to home.

Applicants must hold AHPRA registration, be accredited to vaccinate, and demonstrate strong communication skills to educate staff and contribute to governance and policy development.

Qualifications

• Current registration with AHPRA.
• MMR and ACOP credentialling.
• Excellent communication skills, able to develop and maintain relationships.
• Proactive, driven and passionate about making a real difference in the aged care sector.
• Accredited to vaccinate.

Responsibilities

• Choice location close to home.
• Work one up to four days PPT or Full time.
