Are you an experienced hospital pharmacist with specialised skills in aged care and/or rehabilitation care looking for a rewarding role?

Canberra Health Services (CHS) is seeking a skilled, motivated, and patient-focused pharmacist to join our Rehabilitation and Aged Care Pharmacy Team. This role offers the opportunity to deliver advanced clinical pharmacy services across a diverse and rewarding patient population.

As part of the pharmacy team, you will work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to optimise medication management, improve patient outcomes, and support high-quality, person-centred care for older adults and patients undergoing rehabilitation.

The University of Canberra Hospital (UCH) Specialist Centre for Rehabilitation, Recovery and Research is Canberra's first purpose-built rehabilitation hospital, providing care for patients recovering from surgery, injury, neurological conditions, and mental illness. The hospital has a strong focus on innovation, recovery, and research and includes 140 overnight inpatient beds, 75 day-places and additional outpatient services.
