Job summary

Raven's Recruitment is assisting an experienced aged care provider in Newcastle with two full-time clinical pharmacist positions. Roles involve delivering onsite clinical pharmacy services, medication reviews, staff education, and contributing to governance and policy procedures.

Requirements include a Bachelor of Pharmacy, current AHPRA registration, MMR and ACOP credentials, strong communication, and a collaborative approach within a multidisciplinary team.

• Full-time - Monday to Friday only
• Work close to home $62 /hr.

An experienced Aged care provider operating a nmber of residential aged care facilities, across Newcastle has 2 positions available. With a strong commitment to providing high-quality care can make a real difference to the lives of their patients.
