Job summary

ARRCS is seeking experienced Personal Care Workers to join our team across the Northern Territory and South Australia, including Alice Springs, Tennant Creek, Mutitjulu, Katherine, Docker River and Nhulunbuy. These permanent full-time roles involve direct resident care, support with grooming, mobility and meals, with supervision from senior nursing staff where required.

Roles offer an hourly salary of $38.33-$39.91 depending on skills and experience, plus benefits and career development

Qualifications

• Certificate III or higher in Aged Care, Disability or Individual Care.
• Experience in aged care or disability support preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct care and support to residents, including grooming, showering and dressing.
• Assist with mobility and meals while maintaining cleanliness and safety.
