Job summary

Catholic Healthcare Limited is seeking a registered nurse for Maranatha Lodge, Batehaven, NSW. You will deliver high-quality clinical nursing care to residents, lead the personal care team, and ensure safe, person-centred care within a not-for-profit aged care setting.

Your role reports to the Care Manager and requires AHPRA registration, strong knowledge of aged care standards, and excellent communication and coaching skills.

Qualifications

• Current AHPRA registration
• Understanding of Aged Care Legislation and Quality Standards
• Knowledge of AN-ACC assessment processes
• Strong clinical knowledge of aging health issues
• Strong coaching/training and communication skills

Responsibilities

• Provide direct clinical nursing care to residents in line with best practice procedures
• Act as Team Leader, coaching, supervising and guiding the personal care team
• Follow policies and procedures to work safely and protect residents and colleagues
