Catholic Healthcare Limited in Sydney is seeking a casual Registered Nurse to provide direct clinical nursing care to residents in our aged care home, aligned with best practice and a person-centred approach. Reporting to the Care Manager, you will lead a personal care team, coach staff, and uphold safety by following all policies and procedures.

The role requires AHPRA registration, a Bachelor of Nursing, knowledge of Aged Care standards, and willingness to obtain a Police Check and NDIS

Qualifications

• Current nursing registration with AHPRA and valid practicing certificate.
• Thorough understanding of aged care legislation and quality standards.
• Demonstrated ability to coach and develop the personal care team.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct clinical nursing care to residents in line with best practice.
• Act as Team leader, coaching and guiding the personal care team.
• Work safely, following policies and procedures to protect residents and staff.
