Job summary

MyCare Talent is seeking experienced clinical leaders and management professionals for permanent opportunities across Adelaide's aged care sector.

We are partnering with established aged care providers to strengthen leadership teams, drive clinical governance, and improve resident outcomes. Roles include Care Managers, Clinical Care Coordinators, Clinical Managers, and more, across metropolitan Adelaide with permanent full-time opportunities.

Qualifications

• Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse (where applicable).
• Leadership or management experience within aged care.
• Strong clinical governance and compliance knowledge.
• Experience leading and developing clinical teams.
• Understanding of the Aged Care Quality Standards.
• Strong communication, organisational and decision-making skills.

About You

Ideally, you will have:

Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse (where applicable).

Previous leadership or management experience within aged care.
