Contemporary Catering is seeking a part-time chef to produce and deliver high-quality meals across multiple aged care sites in Victoria. You will oversee resident dining, lead a kitchen team, and ensure strict compliance with food safety, WHS and quality standards while managing stock, ordering, and food costs.

Qualifications

• Experience in Aged Care with knowledge of modified textures and dietary needs is required.
• Strong understanding of food cost management and relationship with facility teams.
• Proactive approach to continuous improvement and professional presentation.
