Job summary

Advantaged Care Group is recruiting Kitchen Hands for our Barden Lodge, a boutique aged care residence in Barden Ridge, Sydney. Roles are available on a part-time and casual basis, with opportunities to step up to cook duties 1-2 days per week.

We look for a Food Safety Certificate, around 6 months kitchen experience in aged care, and strong passion for food, plus excellent communication. All applicants must pass a police check, a pre-employment medical, and a flu vaccination as required.

Qualifications

• Food Safety Certificate.
• About 6 months kitchen experience preferably in the aged care sector.
• A strong passion for food.
• Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
• Hard Working, flexible with good availability to cover shifts.
• Strong values of Empathy, Honesty, Respect and Loyalty.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the production and delivery of meals to residents in line with their dietary requirements and preferences.
